By accessing and using webiiit's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

webiiit provides premium web development and videography services including:

• Custom website development
• Mobile application development
• Professional videography and photography
• UI/UX design services
• Technical consulting

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work and final payment upon project completion.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. webiiit retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Limitation of Liability

webiiit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms will be specified in individual project agreements.
